费讲驰,男,1990年4月生,江西上饶人,硕士生导师。中南大学生态学博士,中国农业科学院博士后,湖南省地膜科学使用回收技术指导专家组成员,湖南省环境保护产业协会专家库专家,主要从事农业固体废弃物资源化利用相关方向的研究工作。
